At Black’s Monstera Plant Co., every plant is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped with the goal of arriving healthy and ready to thrive.
We proudly offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for every eligible order.
What is Covered?
If your plant arrives severely damaged or no longer viable due to shipping, we’ll work with you to make it right.
To Qualify
Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the shipping box
- Clear photos of the packing materials
- Clear photos of the plant from multiple angles
This information helps us evaluate the shipment and determine the best solution.
What is Not Covered?
Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover:
- Minor cosmetic blemishes
- Natural variation in variegation, color, or leaf shape
- Minor shipping stress such as slight yellowing or drooping
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses
- Packages left outside after delivery
- Damage caused by extreme weather after delivery
- Failure to follow basic plant care instructions
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we may provide one of the following, at our discretion:
- A replacement plant (if available)
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
