Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During new releases, holidays, or live sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Packaging

Each plant is carefully inspected and securely packaged to reduce movement during transit. We use quality packing materials designed to protect your plants throughout their journey.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday whenever possible to help avoid unnecessary weekend delays.

Weather Considerations

During periods of extreme heat or cold, shipping schedules may be adjusted to help protect your plants. This allows us to give your order the best chance of arriving in excellent condition.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
